• Name, email address, company name, and job title when you sign up for our waitlist or create an account
• Payment information when you subscribe to a paid plan (processed securely by our payment provider)

Information collected automatically:

• Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages
• Device information including hardware model, operating system, and unique device identifiers
• Usage data about how you interact with our services

MCP proxy traffic:

When you use Interlucid as a security proxy, we process MCP request and response payloads on your behalf to provide logging, policy enforcement, and audit trail features. This data is processed as a data processor under your instructions. We do not use your proxy traffic data for any purpose other than providing the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your MCP proxy traffic for training AI models or for any purpose beyond delivering the service.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Audit log data retained by the Interlucid proxy is subject to your plan's retention policy (30 days for Starter, 90 days for Business, custom for Enterprise). You may request deletion of your account data at any time.

05 / Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We are working toward SOC 2 Type II certification.

No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
